Services Included in Your Haute Route Registration
Haute Route Travel Bag
A large size luggage in which you will put your personal belongings. Our team will transport the travel bag from race village to race village during each stage. This service is upgraded if you book the accomodation with us : our team will in this case transport your travel bag from your hotel directly to your next hotel. No hustle needed on your side!
Haute Route Backpack
A medium size backpack that you can leave at the start line every morning before the stage and that you will pick up at the finish line after each stage. Ideal to transport personal nutrition, clothes, wallet, that you might need at the end of your stage.
Recovery massage
After each stage, 15 minutes of massage from a team of dedicated professionnals.
Mavic Technical Support
Be it on race village or during every stage, Mavic will be on the get-go to help cyclists for almost all technical problems
Daily briefings
The day before every stage, our team will present all the details that you will need to be ready for next day stage : analysis of every climb, weather forecast, feed zones location, spectator friendly areas, etc. So you can feel confident when at every start line, every day !
Feed zones
Sport nutrition products, bananas, quiches, chocolate bars, electrolytes... you name it ! All stage will have feed zones areas in which you can eat, recover, have a quick chat and then ride on !
Timed climbs and general classification
If you want to, at Haute Route you will have the opportunity to go all out on the most iconic climbs in the cycling world ! There will be a prize ceremony every day for each stage, and general classification
Secured peloton
To ensure your safety, cyclists will be given right of way thanks to a team of hundreds of marshall, 25 motorbikes and multiples support cars.
Pasta party and Gala ceremony
Food and drinks will be waiting for you after every stage during lunch time. The day before the first stage, all cyclists will gather after the briefing for a pre-race dinner. After the last stage, Haute Route France organizes every year a Gala evening, the perfect time to eat, relax, and talk with your family, friends and fellow cyclists about your journey!

Haute Route Race Bag Service
Want to make sure to have you personal nutrition with you during every stage ? Are you worried about the weather and want to add extra clothes to minimize weather risks? Then the race bag service is for you. Our team will give you a premium quality medium size bag during registration day, you can drop this bag at the race start of every stage and our team will transport your personalized bag in a dedicated location every day during the stage. Our team will then bring it back at the finish of the stage.
Personal Accident Insurance
Are you worried of what will happen in case of personal accident ? Ride stress free by taking on our personal accident insurance available during your registration process online. Please note that the age limit ofr this insurance is 70 years old. We recommend to contact your insurer if you are above 70 years old at the first day of the event or if you turn 70 during the event.
Bike Rental
Skip the hassle and expense of traveling with your bike. Instead, rent one of the FranceBikeRentals high-end road bikes and just bring back your shoes. At select events, you can also book a special concierge bike service to wash and maintain your bike from start to finish.
